I have read your letter and I can understand your feeling. I know that it is easy to start smoking while it is hard to quit it. Even after you have stop smoking, it will be easy to start again. But don't feel upset. No thing is impossible if you are determined.

To stop smoking, the first step is to be relax. Decide on a day that you are not stressful to quit. You can make a list of all the benefit you will get from stop smoking. It may help in the following days.

Then, you should be determined to quit smoking. Throw away you're your cigarettes and never buy those anymore. every time you feel like smoking a cigarette, remind yourself that you are a non-smoker. you can reread the list of benefits you wrote earlier.

It would be best, I think, to do something else instead of smoking. go for a walk, clean your teeth, drink some water, clean the house; in fact, do anything that will keep your mind, and especially youth hands, busy. So you will not want to smoke a cigarette so often.

It is easy to make me laugh and I almost still the whole day. I am such a boy that always looks sunny. Whatever problems I face, I will smile. But not many friends know that I am not the boy that many people think.

It is very hard to make me really happy. And I don't really what is happiness. Some people think that I am clever. They also think that I am always happy because I always get good grades. They think that I am good at all subjects though I don't think so. Perhaps they don't really know me. I am only a sick child. I have read more than five thousand books but I don't think I know many things.

What is happiness? What is real happiness?

About one month ago, I decided to choose the liberal art track. Before I made the final decision, many people thought I would choose science track.

Half a year ago, when my physics teacher Mr. Zhang knew that I was thinking about choosing liberal art track, he was shocked. Then, he spent half a year in trying to persuade me to choose science track because I was good at physics. I haven't done any physics homework or listened in physics class, which made Mr. Zhang upset, but I am still the top of the class. I am not interested in physics, though I have done well in that. I am interested in history and good at it.

To everyone's surprised, I chose the liberal art track. Like many other students, I don't like memorizing a lot of history events. But I think if I really understand, I can make memorizing easy.

We are all under pressure.

After read this article, I realized that everyone is under pressure. African may fight with lions to protect themselves. They are under "living pressure". We study the whole day for our futures. We are under "studying pressure". Life is not easy for everyone. And there is not a prefect place in the world.

We should not spend too much time in dreaming about living in Europe or America. That is meaningless. Instead, we should try to do our best in our real lives.

It is impossible for us to make friends with everyone we meet. Time is money. It's more important to spend time in studying and with our old friends than making new friends. I am not an outgoing boy, though I am always confident. I don't have such a large number of friends like some people. But I still get on well with my desk mates.

My most interesting desk mate is Mr. Yang. He is really an interesting and sunny boy. And he is heavy. Whatever problems he meets, he never feels sad, He has the ability to make you laugh in three minutes. He makes my school days really interesting.

My hardest desk mate is Miss Gao. She is also the hardest student I have ever seen. She is always doing homework and never stops. But she was not the best student in our grade. Perhaps she hasn't found the best way to study.

So he pours them into a lady's handbag and run away. It makes the lady screaming.

When I saw this interesting plot and Mr. Bean's funny acting, I can't help laughing.
